These are my very first steps with Linux. I am using version 7.0 and could install it in a dedicated HD with no big problems for a beginner. I would appreciate if someone could tell me how to: 1- Install Star Office that comes with CD-3 (extras). General question is how to install applications from CD driver. 2- Access diskete driver, open a MS Word97 doc file, edit and save it as Star Office similar application file. General question is how to save/open a file on diskette. Thanks. Daniel
