I Have the Abit KT7A with the bios from may 11 2001, and it working o.k.
Also with A Creative 512 pci soundcard that is recognised as A soundblaster
live! soundcard.
And A pci networkcard and A pcmcia dockingstation with A isa controllercard.
In this dockingstation is a modemcard.

The modem would not work until I took out the pci cards...
After that I put back the cards one by one in various pci slots until all
card were back in , while the modem was still working.

In the beginning Cups didn't recognise the parallelport, later it did and
configured the HP officejet O.K.

If you want to use windows as wel, use the new 4 in 1 driver v. 4.31 from Via.

Furthermore I have an Athlon C 1000 and ATA100 IBM 40 gigs harddisk and 128mb
of memory. And A Leadtek Winfast Geforce 2MX videocard.

By the way, does anybody know of A good softwarepackage for the (D)GPS Global
Positioning System?
I do have one for Windows, but I want one for Linux
Logging speed is important, and displaying maps would be nice.
It's should be used for inland shipping.
