When you downloaded the drivers, did the download include source code? If so, you should find a file under the directory where the source was installed called INSTALL or sometimes INSTALL.unx. Read that file to find out how to rebuild dsp.a for your kernel version. If the download did not come with source, go back to the site where you downloaded the drivers and see if source is available. The file dsp.a is a non-sharable binary. You'll likely need to recompile it for your kernel.
