Guillermo,
Are you certain that it's actually seeing all 8GB of that 8gig partition
and not just the 4gig that is still formatted for windows to be able to
see? If you split that drive in half and gave half to the Mandrake
install I would think that it would only be able to see 4GB of that drive.
