rock solid? the same as 2000 by the reports i have heard, and i crash 2000 15-20 times for every crash i have had on mandrake (one) and i have had mandrake far longer and the crash was my own fault!
besides, it is the ms license that will kill them off, and that isn't good. in a fair and equal world ms might still draw some 35-45% of the market based on it "dumb it down" approach. competition is good, ms needs to exist as much as linux does. it is the monopoly that is wrong.
