Thanks Charles, Ed, & DarkLord :-)) I had gone to the Diamond site before posting this to the list. I checked again including the PDF manual but no jumper settings to be found. Have emailed them twice now but am still waiting but not holding my breath. Would probably turn blue and keel over.
Did a search on Google as well but to no avail. There are six pairs of pins (0-5) with pairs (1-5) shorted out by jumpers. Anyone have any suggestions so that my modem does not get uninstalled?
