Hi all, I'm running mdk 8.1 as an internet gateway and file and logon server on my home lan. eth0 connects to my cable modem, eth1 connects to the lan (w2k boxes) running bastille firewall and samba and everything seems to be running ok and secure. My problem is that I m getting random disconnects on the lan. The linux box maintains the connecion to the internet, but internet sharing dies. (also can't ping the server) I have tried restarting bastille, the network, samba and anything else I could think of, but the only fix so far has been to reboot. The problem occurs anywhere between 10 min. and a couple of days.
