I have a cable modem, a Windows box and a linux box. Both computers are connected to the internet through a hub and both have their own IP addresses to connect. This works perfectly.
My laser printer is on my windows box. I wish to set up Samba so that I can print from my linux machine onto the windows machine. So today I downloaded and installed Samba (2.2.3a). I've browsed the web, perused the Samba howto docs from Webmin, followed the instructions EXACTLY and my windows machine won't recognize my Linux machine and vice-versa. Anyone have any tips or can point me to the proper web sites to make this possible? Thanks in advance!
