OK - coming thick and fast now! I have Samba
running, and can see the linux box from windows. However, I can't access it, as
it gives me the message 'your account is not authorised to log in from this
station'. I am following a tutorial in which I have created a public
directory that should be accessible as guest. However, I can't get as far as
that, as I am being told I do not have the necessary permissions
to access the linux computer - this is from windows XP. How do I give
myself permission?
Thanks
Heather
