Just install the kernel-source .rpm package for the kernel you are running:
[frans@amd frans]$ uname -r
2.4.8-26mdk <-------- the kernel I am running
[frans@amd frans]$ rpm -q kernel-source
kernel-source-2.4.8-26mdk <-------- the corresponding source
[frans@amd frans]$
