VNC is a client-server application. viewing a linux machine from windows requires that the Linux VNC server be running (which means you have to be running a Linux machine to run VNC on) things to concider as alternatives - lnx4win, vmware and a handful of linux filesystem viewers for windows (just dont hold your breath) Rick
