Sheesh, I am being blasted with returns from some folks on the mailing 
list who are using ORBZ.  It is an abysmal service, about as innovative 
and sparkling as the Dial-Up-Lists used by a lot of servers to block 
relay of mail from dial-up accounts (as identified by IP number).

And the DUL acronym suggests the thought behind such ideas.  Why would 
any decent spammer bother to set up a linux or BSD computer to spam 
people when a yahoo or msn or aol trial account will serve just as well, 
without the liability of traceableness?
