Friends, I must be getting old :
As I write I'm downloading 2005LE via bittorrent and intend to do a
fresh install in order to "clean up" my system completely.
However, I remember from past experiences some trouble with KMail.
Normally, I copy the Mail directory to a spare partition or an
external drive, but when I copy it back into the new install it's
fouled up i.e the various "trash", "inbox", "sent-mail"
subdirectories are there, but empty. Likewise all my contacts are
gone.
I know there's a workaround, but I can't find it in the archives.
