Thanks, Tom.  I tried something like that - I think I got the first bit right 
but not the last bit.  It's fixed now, though.  When I set it to 20 I had 
wildly fluctuating downloads - 40 at best, 4 at worst.  I changed it to 12, 
which is what I used last time, and I'm getting better than 30 much of the 
time now.
