If you have a high-speed connection to the internet, you can very easily
reconfigure ALL your sources - base and updates and contribs - in one
fell swoop.

In the IRC channels we generally just have people run the following
command: urpmi.removemedia -a
This removes all your current media. Next would be to surf to:
http://urpmi-addmedia.org => Follow the directions down to the bottom of
the page - it's fairly straight forward. Pick servers that are
relatively close to you geographically - for best results. Once that is
all done, you will get the command lines spit out at the bottom of the
page. You can then copy/paste them into a text editor and then type each
line in a console (as root). Once that is done, you can then use either
urpmi or the Software Management => Software Updates graphical front
end.
