Install cooker sources an update to 10.2 final (LE 2005)

Do it now as cooker will unfreeze in a week or so.
As I have not fiddeled around all that much with cooker and urpmi more then installing occassional programs, is there a way with urpmi to update the distribution?

...or any other cooker mirror, then use easyurpmi to set cooker urpmi sources and use urpmi to update to LE2005 final. Cooker is frozen at the moment - remember to remove the cooker urpmi sources and replace them with LE 2005 sources once cooker unfreezes, or you will end up running cooker by mistake!
