Hmm... In that case I would (as root) : *urpme usbview*. Then 
download anew to some directory, open a CLI in that directory and :
*urpmi u (press TAB)*  # to let it autocomplete.

To check if it's there :
As root : *updatedb*
*locate usbview*
It should show  in /usr/bin/

If it's a path problem, just try the full command : 
*/usr/bin/usbview*
