Rosemary,
 The command to burn the rescue .iso file is also the same way you would
burn the downloaded systemRescueCD .iso file. (Unless you download a
compressed file - then you need to expand it first.) About the onley
change you may want to make is to set the speed, depending on the burner
you are usinge. I like to use something like:

cdrecord -v speed=16 dev=/dev/hdc systemrescuecd-x86-0.2.15.iso

If you use k3b, make sure you pick tools-->CD-->Burn CD image and select
the CD image to burn.
