I installed LE again and now think I have a KDE problem. It didn seem
to load properly, and when I open programmes they are stuck at the upper
2/3 of screen, won minimise or close from top right corner because itś
not visible. I can use more than one thing at a time either. I have the
menu star, desktop button (which isn working), firefox launcher (whcih
is), PIM button, and konsole button. Or did - they have jsut this minute
disappeared. I have desktop icons for the shortcuts I had created. I
had saved /home during the install. I think KDE didn load properly as
it seemed to stall when it was initialising the monitor. Iĺl try
another window manager meantime.
Can anyone help please.
I hope I can figure out how to reboot since the star menu button has gone!
