On a good day, some of the Cooker list folk will be quite accommodating and bend over backwards trying to help; other days, well, wear flame- retardant jammies if your question is too basic, poorly worded, or shows lack of research on your part. On the whole, though, folks don't get "singed" by the flames too often over there, so don't be intimidated by the list if you decide to stay with Cooker (I've somehow survived a year in Cooker after an accidental "upgrade" to it when the mirrors were a mess last year following 10.x's arrival, but I can't say I'm sorry it happened. It's been a good learning experience for me.).
