If you are disconnecting the wired interface, but it is set to come up on boot, then that is where the eth0 error is comming from. I think that it may be a good idea to go back to the begining, and have you describe your setup, and the current network configuration. The more you write about your setup, the more I think that we are looking at this wrong. We are answering your questions, but we may not be answering the right questions.
