I'd like to add something to this thread, I have a Sony Digital camera that also uses the 3.5" cds. Before upgrading to 10.1 I ran 9.0, it used to read the 3.5" picture cds with no problem at all. Now, in 10.1 whenever I try to read one with either Konqueror or K3b I get: Could Not Mount Device The reported error was: mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/hdc or too many mounted file systems. As I said above, I never had a problem with 9.0 reading the disks in the cd drive. FWIW, yes the disk is finalized. -- Chris Registered Linux User 283774 http://counter.li.org 18:50:13 up 22:53, 4 users, load average: 4.56, 3.49, 1.64 Mandriva Linux 10.1 Official, kernel 2.6.8.1-12mdk ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ panic("Lucy in the sky...."); 2.2.16 /usr/src/linux/arch/sparc64/kernel/starfire.c ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
