Ok, now I got that fixed how do I install lilo or something to boot it to the ext hd when I choose in CMOS to boot to that drive so that I can boot to the drive?

He installed Mandriva on a USB drive, but does not want lilo on the master mbr. He has the boot manager installed on the USB mbr OK, but can not boot Windows.
