Other than the standard "make sure your data is backed up?" No. I'm running a dual boot (XP/LE 2005) Presario x6000 laptop myself. I'm greatly impressed with the progress Mandrake/Mandriva has made with their installer over the past couple years, so there shouldn't be any issues for you. Well, perhaps some weird wireless driver issues. Or not, just depends. Since you've already re-partitioned, you won't have to worry about that even though I've found Mandriva handles partitions quite nicely. Should be a piece of cake for ya.
