I presume you are still in windows?  You need your favourite burner 
application (Nero?) to 'Burn an Image' for each of the disks.  

Before you do that, though try
md5sum filename.iso (substitute the correct name for the iso that you 
have downloaded).  It will take a few moments but will return a 
checksum that you can compare with the one in the md5sum file.  Do that 
for each one, to see that they are OK.  BitTorrent is supposed to check 
as you go, so they should be correct, but it's still a good idea to 
check yourself.

Be careful when burning that you are not just copying the file to disk - 
you must find the 'burn an image' option.
