Hello,

The documentation on http://www1.mandrivalinux.com/en-us/ doesn't say where to put shell scripts that you want to be started if the system starts up. Where can I find some good documentation where to put those shell scrpits. On FreeBSD it was /usr/local/etc/rc.d so I thought /etcrc.d but there are more then one fiel and if i put it in rc6.d it doens't work. There are also only linked files in that folder.

Could anyone help me?

With kind regards

You may want to read the documentation in /usr/share/doc/initscripts-7.61.1, especial sysvinitfiles and sysconfig.txt
