yes, it's a 100% clone, so whatever your current drive does, the new drive 
will also do.
You didn't say what sizes these drives are, but I have only cloned identical 
sized drives here. Just put in the new drive somewhere and let the system 
recognise it as a device, then just clone it. Obviously you cannot have 2 
bootable identical drives in the same system at the same time after the 
cloning, but it will be fine to actually do the cloning
