Back when I was the "store detective" at the small West Texas AFB I was at a
few years ago (Goodfellow AFB), the Customer Service folks were great about
refunding / exchanging without the receipt (they've got a great way of
tracking us, what with the required form of ID <g>.) Hope your luck holds.
