KsCD gives error message "error getting freedb entry".

"The servers run cddbp on port 8880 and http on port 80. The path for
http-access is /~cddb/cddb.cgi."
Does this mean that Shorewall is blocking 8880 ?
If so, how does one access Shorewall's permissions from Mandriva 2006 ?
