That way, the IS department has an excuse for not doing their jobs. Maybe if they stopped making excuses, and actually looked into the problem, it would get fixed. Then again, maybe not. Maybe with the staff reductions after the mergers, they got rid of the people that actually know what they were doing, and only the "brown nosers" are left. It sure sounds that way.
