Woooo, another CLI is the one true way argument. Yeah,right. Years since I've noticed CLI mentioned, I thought that went out with workbench 1.3 :-) CLI, Shell, Bash, command prompt, loads of others no doubt. Yes, its the way if you want to type , why not go the whole hog and change that fancy monitor for one with a green cursor? Yes, its very powerful, gives switches for every occasion, I'm sure. Most folk will use, probably, anything up to six different options , why not have a gui with six buttons? Time saving, looks pretty and saves having to remember all the options......... I like linux, I like options, I even use bash when I need to, or want to, but I'd rather do things via an interface. If it doesn't have one, tough, I won't cry about it, the variety of linux is that whatever floats your boat is the right way. Arguments about typing versus gui are as hopeless as those whether gnome or kde, or any of the others are the best. The good thing about linux is that its your choice which you prefer, not one foisted on you by anyone else.
