I see ... well it looks as though they installed some non-mandriva
rpm's,
what do you get if you type this:
$> rpm -q --queryformat %{VENDOR} MySQL-client
if is says MySQL AB they got it from the MySQL website and not
mandriva.
If so, you can find the MySQL-devel version you need at the
MySQL website, I would hope 8)

then you will need to match the version and processor. Course this
is all hit an miss ... There were also i386 there but I wouldn't think it that
type,and I'm not familiar with 64bit, so can't tell you which one is right ...
