Just an idea but you might try wget-ing the rpm manually. Or try
urpmi.update -a && urpmi --auto-select and make sure you have ALL your
urpmi sources set up and defined.

How can I get the rebuild to recognize libqt3-devel instead of qt3-devel,
which I assume provide the same files.
