*Correction*:
The howto shows the line for %_topdir (in .rpmmacros) as $HOME/rpm
and this line would create {dirs} in rpmbuild, so change that to
mkdir -p rpm/... or change to $HOME/rpmbuild in the .rpmmacros
file.
