Two things come to mind. 1) is cups looking at the correct network interface. On my board I have eth0 - network card, eth1 the firewire and eth2 the loopback (local host). Make sure cups is searching the correct interface. 2) are you using the same ip address or dynamic dns, (your machine asks your router for an ip each time it boots). if your using dynamic then make sure its asking the correct dns server for its ip address. The server that looks after the net or subnet your on. Oh one more thing when you edit configuration files in kate / kword you have to use it in root (super user mode for the changes to take affect) Guy Faulks the only person to enter the Parliament with honest intentions and he was going to blow them up ! --------------------------------------------- Free POP3 Email from www.Gawab.com Sign up NOW and get your account @gawab.com!! ____________________________________________________ Want to buy your Pack or Services from Mandriva?
