You can safely ignore it. *uname* makes a system call for kernel info. 
Type man 2 uname for more. 

Also, doing a metasearch (google,yahoo ...) returns no one else has
an issue. You get more info about your board from dmidecode and its
related utils. e.g. biosdecode is pretty good to, it seems.
(comes with the dmidecode package.
