Thanks Dennis, we were lucky enough to be able to pull up the server 
configuration from one of the old video servers that semi-worked. Turns out 
the subnet mask was 255.255.255.0 and the gateway address was 198.162.1.1. 
I got the servers reprogrammed and hopefully tomorrow when we test them my 
setup will work.

BTW I see that in order to have my signature not show up as bad I'm still 
having to use Inline OpenPGP.
