Under MDV07 I have not setup my scanner Hp psc 1315.
The printer is reconized and working fine but not the scanner.
I'm sure there is a package missing some where!
It work fine under 2006.
Any Idea?

check to see if xsane is installed and also sane packages?
yeah sometimes the proper libs don't get installed
try the gimp acquire trick first you should get a file named out.jpg

Hello,
I solved the scanner problem by reading the 2007 erata page. There is a
bug with printdrake: the PSC scanners are not reconized until you change
a file in Printdrake.
Now my scanner is running under Gimp, xsane...!
I fixed also the filename problem: french caracteres are not reconized
until you run an UT8 script...
