BTW, the MacBook is a lovely piece of designer hardware, but OSX is
just plain weird. I mean if you're going to base your system on
FreeBSD, then why not make the filetree look like something the
average Unix user can find their way around? And while Aqua is very
pretty, it reminds me of my first experiments with Enlightenment when
I deliberately set everything up to be as counter-intuitive as
possible.
Oh well, maybe I'll get my head round openvpn one day, or the ethernet
connection they've been promising us will finally arrive.
