Ok, I have read all of the xdm documentation and it appears to be setup
correctly. I did find some more information. In the inittab file when I
change the X respawn to use gdm it works but when it uses prefdm it does
not. Then for some reason I perfer kdm over gdm, so any ideas what could be
wrong?
