Hi!
I am trying to set up X using Xconfigurator and XFdrake (on XFree86 4.0.3 in
Mandrake), and I keep getting a "No Screen Found" error. I have two graphic
cards (ATI All-in-Wonder Radeon [PCI] and DDR NVIDIA GeForce2), but currently
only one monitor, that is plugged into the ATI.
I was trying to just configure my ATI, and I selected the ATI All-in-Wonder
as my graphics card, and a Dell:D1025HTX (which is what my monitor is)
monitor. I manually set the horizontal and vertical refresh rates to
30-70kHz horizontal, and 48-150kHz vertical, and still I get the "No Screen
Found" error.
I tried taking out my NVIDIA card as well, but nothing helps. Has anyone
ever seen or heard of this problem before, or can someone direct me to
someone/someplace where I can get assistance?
I can mail anyone the contents of my /var/log/XFree86.8.log file, but it's
really long and I didn't want to send it to everyone on the list.
If anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it! :)
