Is your monitor being correctly identified in the X configuration? If not, then find out what the exact Horizontal and Vertical setting are and choose "Custom" under the monitor settings.

Right now I'm using Windows 98 at 800x600 with 16k colors...and its ok, but when I'm in Mandrake Linux and I'm using KDE I have to use 1024x768, because otherwise I can't see the bottoms of the windows and overall...the whole screen looks like 640x480 under Windows ... Is there a way to fix this ? -- Best regards, +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ |x|a|k|e|p|4|e| +-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] ICQ : 29409537 _______________________________________________ Newbie mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] *** To unsubscribe , or change message options, see: http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/newbie _______________________________________________ Newbie mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] *** To unsubscribe , or change message options, see: http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/newbie
