Don't use gatos/atitv. That's for XFree86 3.x and the <16Mb AIW R128s,
based on the BTTV chipset. >16Mb R128s, and all Radeon cards use the
Rage Theatre.

You prob need /proc. V4L isn't needed, unless you want to play with the
expiramental capture code.

You need to download the XFree86 source code, the ati.2 driver from
linuxvideo.org, and compile&install the lot, as per the various README and
INSTALL files.
