A member of the XFree86 Doc Team, Dave Pawson, has just published an
E-Book on XSLT-FO transformations. It's mission is best explained in
it's preface:
This book is intended to address the needs of someone looking for an
introduction to the Extensible Stylesheet Language(XSL) as specified
by the World Wide Web Consortium at http://www.w3.org/Style/XSL.
Specifically the XSL-FO aspect of XSL, an XML vocabulary targeted at
expressing stylesheets which rigorously express how source content
should be laid out and paginated for presentation.
