When I tried to run XFree86 -configure it dies with an error...
'Caught signal 11. Server aborting' and about a hundred Symbol
vgaHWGetIndex from module /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers/xxxxxx errors.
Does that mean anything to you? Also, thanks for the tip about removing
the file (/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers/glide_drv.o) but that seemed to
produce the same error. Any other ideas. Or better yet, does somebody have a
XF86Config file I could cheat off of? I really appreciate this
