Don't take the SiS drivers. They are for the really early 4.0 version. You would have to patch it, to compile it and so on... Look on Robet V0ijta's page. There is a second link on it for the drivers you search. You only have to download, exchange a file in your X-directory and to wrote your XF86Config. Quite easily and a good chance to do some experiments.
