Thank you for your help. Now iam able to see the XWindow monitor. But the mouse (shown as X on the window) is not moving. Should i reconfigure the mouse in XF86Config.new file.This is also working with 16depth. The mouse deamon on my system recognising the mouse type as mouseman and the port is /dev/cuaa0. will the mouse moves once the startx or xinit command is made.
