Hi, I'm trying to setup XFree86 on OpenBSD 2.9 running on a Acer Laptop,
Celeron 633, with a NeoMagic gfx card. Feels like i'm about to give up 
and
just run sh..

I don't know if this has anything to do with things, but i've ran
both XF86Setup, xf86config, and xf86cfg -textmode cause, i was 
uncertain about what do run/what version of XF86 i would choose.

I've ran the XF86Setup program mainly, and i manage to get thru the 
configurations, from what i can understand, RAMDAC, Video RAM, is 
successfully probed, and identified. (I've choosed the NeoMagic card 
from the card list.. and it all seems ok)

And when XF86Setup tries to initialize a server, it works fine, but, 
there's a problem when choosing the Modeselection.. the only valid mode 
seems to be
320x200 at 8bpp. When entering X in that mode, i can't do anything xpt 
looking a virtual screen that's 10 times bigger than my fysical screen..

When i choose any other mode, XF86Setup also is successfully in 
initializing a server.. and I can Save and Exit the configuration.
Then.. when i "startx" i get the error msg below. (*startx.log)

Anyone run into this problem, or know the solution?
I'm pretty new to OpenBSD, but I know my way around in Unix.
