Hi,
I would 
1. get rid of all the virtual resolutions
2. only have your effective screen resolution in the
mode (as far as I am concerned flat panels and
notebooks have only one "good" resolution, anything
else is extrapolated.
3. use only depth 16 and one subsection
and from there we can try to improve...
