I am brand new to Linux. I've downloaded Libranet Linux v1.9.1 (over my56K modem!) and Xinstall.sh. I want to follow the instructions in "Installing XFree86 4.1.0. using the Xinstall.sh script";(http.//www.xfree86.org/4.1.0/Install3.html). I got to this point by followng a link in Libranet Linux Installation Guide for v1.9.1 which relates to selecting the correct video driver. Here are my questions: 1) How do I login as the superuser (root) to run the installer script? 2)How do I run the installer script? Also, 3) Is there a good primer available about Linux or Libranet Linux? Thanks much.
